Chinese Flowers Names List
This is a good list of Chinese flowers names compiled by 高国彬 Gao Guobin. He gives the 12 months flowers names. And in the second part he lists 366 flowers. Though actually some of them are not flowers. Although he lists the name of flowers with the dates, I don't think it's supposed to be related to your birthday. I have also seen some of the flower or plant names used in Chinese names. It is not uncommon for parents to use Chinese flowers names in their children's names.
