Optimizing Female Chinese Name
This is a case study of transforming and optimizing a female Chinese name.
The original name of this lady was 李琬君 Lǐ Wǎn Jūn. 李 Lǐ is the family name. Let us see how the name was optimized and given a more feminine feel.
As adults, we already have all our official document registered in our romanized name. It will be too drastic to change the sound of the name and then legally change the romanized version too.

 That's a good thought. But let's look from Yijing's (I-Ching's) perspective. We use Yijing 8 trigrams to represent all things in the universe and on Earth. Thus, a name can also be thought of as a form to represent other things.
The given name here shows that plants (菀) sit above water (汮). This represents the paddy field!
How does this female Chinese name affect the person with an ox zodiac? It just means more toiling in the paddy field for an ox. More hard work for her. And not able to escape from more work in her life!

When I saw the name above, I advised her that this name is not suitable for her. She agreed that she has been working very hard in her company. Putting in very long hours daily. And has not gotten far in her career.

珺 - means beautiful jade. A jade seal represents power in ancient Chinese society and culture. In modern society, this represents respect and authority. Here the jade is a beautiful one. Making it more appropriate for a lady. And it has also softened the masculine 君 in her original name. This makes the name more feminine.
Overall, this female Chinese name reflects a person that is amiable and tactful; and also able to overcome masculinity with her femininity. Or overcoming hardness with softness like the Chinese saying in Tao Te Ching (Chapter 36), 柔弱勝剛強 róuruò shèng gāngqiáng. The soft overcomes the hard; and the weak the strong.
The number of strokes are also all carefully calculated to suit her. The one given by the company, 李菀汮, is not optimum in the total number of strokes. Besides, the character 菀 has more strokes than 汮 making it top-heavy.
