I Ching Hexagram 6 Song, Conflict

Contention. Situation of tension.
First line Yin: If he does not pursue an issue, there may be some talk, but things will go well in the end.
Second line Yang: If he cannot face the challenge, he goes home and hide. In his hometown of three hundred families, there is no trouble.
Third line Yin: Though living on past merits, if he remains steadfast he will eventually be lucky. In government work, he will achieve nothing.
Fourth line Yang: His grievance is rejected. Though he suffers loss, it is auspicious for him to stay as he is.
Fifth line Yang: He makes a grievance. Very auspicious.
Top line Yang: He may be presented with a leather belt of honor, but it will be taken away three times in a day.
