I Ching Hexagram 64
Wei Ji, Before Completion

Before completion. The goal is within reach but do not celebrate prematurely.

First line Yin: He gets his tail wet. There will be trouble.

Second line Yang: He puts the brakes on his wheels. Proper behavior will bring good fortune.

Third line Yin: He advances and meets with misfortune before things are completed. It is favorable to cross a great river.

Fourth line Yang: Integrity bodes well. Regrets will pass. Stir into action to attack a devilish land, and in three years you will be rewarded with a great country.

Fifth line Yin: Integrity will bring good fortune. There is no cause for regret. He has the glory of the wise man and he is sincere. Auspicious.

Top line Yang: It is blameless to have faith in wine drinking, but if you get drunk it is no longer right to have such faith.
