My Favourite Chinese Tea

by Ding
(Author Of GCN)

What's your favourite Chinese tea?

*I live in Malaysia and we spell favourite, favourite. Hehe... But sometimes I also use American English spelling on my other pages because most of my readers are from the USA.

My favourite Chinese tea is Tie Guan Yin 鐵觀音. It is literally translated as Iron Guanyin, or Iron Goddess of Mercy.

I like the taste and aroma of this Chinese oolong tea. During a Chinese meal, I like to drink Tie Guan Yin tea. Ah, how wonderful it is to savour a cup of this Chinese tea with your dimsum.

Read more on Tieguanyin tea at Wikipedia.

Have you tried this tea? What's your favourite Chinese tea?
