How to pick a lucky number for my car?On another page on this site, I have talked about
Car Number Numerology.
Some people ask, how do I know if the number is lucky? Some based it on the sound of the number. Some Chinese regard the number 4 (Mandarin: si4; Cantonese sei3) as unlucky. This is because of how it sounds. It sounds very close to 'die' in Mandarin (si3) or Cantonese (sei2).
And they also think the numbers 3 and 8 are auspicious. 3 (saam1) sounds like 'life', 'living' or 'growth' in Cantonese (saang1). 8 (baat3) sounds like 'prosperous' in Cantonese (faat3).
Having said that, you may want to avoid number 4 and get numbers 3 or 8, if you believe in 'sounds'.
However, on another level, using Yijing numerology system, sometimes 3 or 8 can be unlucky. Why?
Each number, from 0 to 9 has an element such as wood, fire, earth, metal or water. Therefore, when these numbers interact with each other, they may become inauspicious or auspicious.
To complicate things a little bit more, the energy in the dates and places may also affect the car number and us. Just like how we experience the ups and downs in life, our cars too.
However, generally, if the number is well chosen to begin with, the car should mostly be lucky. That means, there will be no accident happening to the car. Even if it does, it may just be a minor one.
As explained in
Car Number Numerology, some numbers are not suitable for certain makes and models.
It will be strange to call a big guy, Tiny. The same goes for a big car to have a 'weak' number. From analyzing some accident photos, I have discovered some small cars carrying 'strong' numbers may end up in a bad accident.
There are many such car accident photos on the internet. You can analyze them.
To summarize, here are some points to consider on how you can pick a lucky number:
- Your car make and model.
- The date and time you get your car.
- The colour of your car.
- To a certain extent, your occupation or marital status. The lucky number must be suitable for your work and complements it.
- How the number sounds. This is as important as how we want to choose a good sound for our names.
Good luck choosing your number.
